I could not have been happier with my vehicle repair at Heppner's. The communication was excellent as was the completed repair. Highly recommended.

Heppner's went well out of there to get all four tires replaced, as my vehicle is an all wheel drive. AutoOwners refused and only pay for the one tire. The manufacturer Subaru recommends that all four be replaced. I picked it up and my car was cleaned inside and out, so that was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this body shop

We have used Heppner's in the past but after our last experience will not go back. Brought our car in for repairs after receiving an estimate from them for under 3k and were told it would take a week to repair (due to being rear-ended). We trusted the process more than we should have. We received our car back a month later with new body damage to the side. They tried to point it out in some photos (not great photos of the damage needless to say) and they tell you to squint your eyes and look for the waviness) saying it was there before they started the work, but we know for a fact it was not there when we dropped it off... not sure what happens in the lot where the cars seem to sit forever or the honesty of the employees working on them. The manager Marco, did not seem to care and it was a waste bringing concerns up to him. Oh.. and they charged 7k for the work they did. The new bumper does look good but unfortunately, we have more to deal with because we brought it to Heppner's. Things have changed at this location and not for the better sadly.

Hi Brook, if that damage on your right rear wheel area had occurred at our shop, we would have been upfront about it and repaired it. However, the photos we have from check-in do show prior damage to that area. Furthermore, it is very common on most if not all repairs to increase in price once we take them apart and see the extent of the damages. We appreciate your feedback and apologize if things weren't communicated as clearly as they should have on the front end of the process.
