I stopped in without an appointment, needing some help with my Traverse. The employees were very friendly and helpful with getting my vehicle looked at right away. Their customer lounge was perfect for entertaining my two little kids while we waited. Would highly recommend Don Johnson’s of Ladysmith!
Everything went very well and smooth. They got my truck in for diagnosis sooner than anticipated. Once parts were in, the truck was quickly brought in for repairs. Communication was on target with calling on updates, except for following. I am only giving 4 stars as my only negative feedback was as follows: once truck was diagnosed I was called and told that parts were going to be ordered. At this point the ball was dropped, the person somehow set everything aside and parts were not ordered. 2 weeks later I called to check up and found out that the parts had not even been ordered yet. They got orders and in a timely fashion I was called to let me know they were in and to set up an appointment to get my truck fixed. Again ball dropped as they were somehow not aware that my truck had been sitting in the parking lot at this point for 3 weeks.
Ladysmith is fortunate to have the (fairly) new Don Johnson's. Very polite and professional service guys. Wanna be treated right? Come out to the COUNTRY! Thank you, guys!
Had technology issues with communication. I think those will be worked out. Service was very good as usual.
