Staff was very rude on the phone and told me I would have to come into the shop the next day for any information, nicer in person but would not recommend this business to anyone. Wouldn’t tell me how much I would get to scrap my car until after I signed the title then they told me I would get $0. Having already signed the title I could do nothing and left without complaining as the staff made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Wish I could give zero stars.
