I've taken my vehicle here several times, and their work is fast and perfect. They know what they are doing, and I'm sure at some point I'll be back.
I was stuck almost 4 hours from home & these amazing humans got my car right in and fixed! Tammy even gave me a ride back and forth to my Air B&B. She was amazing!!!
Disappointing customer service. After getting a quote for some work on my car, and a couple of days later, I get a bill for about $400 more! Apparently parts availability was the issue but it was never communicated to me. Not the first time it happens, they just make the decision to go with the work w/o consulting the extra cost.
Bions got me in right away… got to business and fixed the issue. Tammy knows her stuff, she’s easy to work with and very friendly. I will be taking all my services here in the future. Thanks again Tammy.
I have sent people to Bion's for years. But I have never been poorly treated until I ran into Tammy at the counter. Not nice at all.
