Bought my second car from them, unfortunately the brakes already are squealing, I've only put roughly 600 miles on the car, so I am disappointed in the service. First experiance with them was not good either. They failed to acknowledge the frame damage and make it known to me before purchasing, that was several years ago (However the person responsible for that was fired so i qualify that as redeemed) But I was given an appointment to have them looked at and replaced for free, so if they are good on their word and replace them, then I will be changing this review.
Just purchased our 3rd used vehicle from Chrysler World. Again Mike Kempka came though. Great price compared to other dealerships in the area. And was given the best trade in price compared to 3 other dealerships. Always treated great.
Body work done originally scheduled to take two (2) ended up a little over 3 weeks to complete. Car wash would have been nice
