I took my car in to get brakes and a mileage check up. I was sent a report full with pictures and recommendations of what I Should get done. After discussion and recommendations Mike and his crew were able to get it done same day, which was very helpful. They were very friendly explained everything very well and did a great job. I will definitely be going back as this was my first time..

Service here was great! Very polite, timely, and I really liked that they took pictures of the vehicle and explained any issues that were found.

I noticed a slow leak in one of my tires two days before an 560 mile trip. NexGen was able to offer me an appt the following morning, found a nail in an unrepairable location, gave me several options for replacement tires, took care of several other items needing service, gave me a loaner vehicle for most of the day, and I was able to get on the road safely the following morning. The invoice by Techician Mike Becker was the most detailed I have ever gotten from an auto shop. I had been referred by another very happy customer. Customer service was as good as I get from my doctor and dentist. Unlike my previous shop, the work done was directly reported to Carfax.

After a thorough inspection, they identified some much needed safety repairs that our vehicle required. They provided a loaner vehicle and did all the repairs at a very reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and professional crew!
