The time from scheduling to starting the work wasn't great due to internal personnel shortages adding 3 months to start date. End product looked great and i was very pleased with results.

Be very careful. They will send ur work off to their Kimberly location and then let it stall. Been 3 weeks and when I dropped off my vehicle I was told 6 days.

So unprofessional. Just money hungry, my car has been in the shop for 3 weeks already and I just went in to see it and the bumper is off and hasn’t been worked on and my insurance already covered when they needed but they want to check for other stuff in the car when it ran just fine. So over it

Terrible customer service last year when initially got estimate from the for a major hail claim. It took over a month to even get the estimate back. I told Gerber I would not be using them because of their terrible service and lack of professionalism. Have not gotten the repairs done yet but my insurance reached out to Gerber to clarify their original estimate and suddenly it dropped by 25% to the tune of over $3k. Insurance company agreed that it seemed vindictive because I didn’t bring my business to Gerber and recommended I reach out to a different body shop.
