I had a battery issue develop while traveling. Manager was sympathetic and even though they were closing soon they waited for me and made the repair quickly. Excellent service!

The Team at Mike’s are great people to work with. I reviewed my issue with them, they kept me informed about the changes needed to the exhaust and provided costs update as needed. For the final test drive, he asked his other mechanics to sit in the back seat for the test ride as we listened for the exhaust issues I had before coming to them. Thank you for taking the extra time with me, the car is running great!

I was able to call and schedule an appointment very easily despite being a brand new customer. They updated me and sent the estimate directly to me via text and I was able to respond via text also. No missed calls. Clear communication and quick responses too. Will be a repeat customer.

Good value for service provided. In future mechanic should supply print out on how much each wheel was adjusted for alignment (for reference) and whether any other suspension components are recommended for replacement. Car drives straight and true +!
