We brought our car for work, we picked it up on the last day Jim Owned the shop. The following week we bring it back as there are several issues only to find out Jim sold the business. Now neither Jim nor the new owners will warranty the work to fix the issues caused by Jim's team. Very unfortunate as for all the years Jim was there I was under the impression he was a good business man. I guess in the end it was all about the money and not about the reputation and Legacy he walked away from. I wish Jim would have disclosed he was selling out and would not/will not stand behind his work. Heads up to his customers with his storage units.
I went into Holschuh today ... it is not Holschuh anymore, but still WONDERFUL service. I had a small scratch on my car door and they recommended a cheaper option on how to fix it - what website to go to, etc. Dean even took time out of his painting to help me locate my paint number on my car! Will forever go here for my auto body repairs! :)

Was told by owner that it would take a week to get a simple estimate …….. Waited 3 weeks, stopped back in and was told they still didn’t look at it. Found out they sold out to a nationwide chain may be that’s why the owners didn’t care who knows
My car is beautiful again! Paul was awesome and even went out of his way to talk to my insurance for me. Great people and great service!

I had a little run in with a light pole to my driver’s side door and Paul was able to work with me to find a new door and install it. He was easy to work with and communicated very well. I highly recommend Holschuh Collision Center.
