Honest and reliable 5 stars

Came here for an oil change. Abi noticed that my passenger front tire valve was damaged. Told me to take it back to Costco for replacement. Hats off to Abi Automotiv for being honest. BTW I purchased tires at Costco 4 days ago. They should of noticed the issue.
Very nice family run business. A little hidden. I haven't had a car repaired there yet, only an emissions test but very friendly owner and got the feeling these are honest folks. If my car needs work in the future this place would definitely be on my short list.
They are very friendly, from front desk to mechanics, which is rare. I had an urgent repair that also needed a tow. They don't tow themselves; however, they can recommend a company for you. Due to demand and the holiday, they didn't think they were going to be able to get to me for almost a week. I am not from the area so that was going to be a big inconvenience for me; especially since they are one of the very few businesses that work on European vehicles. They provided me with a reasonable quote within 24 hours and had the repair completed within 24/48 hours after that. Parts come insured and my vehicle was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. I've had horrible luck with vehicles and mechanics over the past 2 years and I was very pleasantly surprised at their professionalism and work ethic. A few days after the repair, my vehicle failed again, they reinspected the vehicle and completed the repair - no rudeness, didn't seem like I was an inconvenience to them or anything. I truly appreciate them. I HIGHLY recommend this business.
I first went to Abi and Sons a year and a half ago. Now they are the only place my family and I will take our vehicles too. They are polite on the phone, quick to get the job done and the work they do on everything is under warranty, wich really brings peace of mind. I have never had one negative experience with this business or any of their employees. Also, its worth noting that the honesty of these people is unsurpassed. They don't try to push other services on you or or give you a quote and then add on unexpected charges.I always recommend Abi and Sons to my extended family and even my neighbors. None of them have ever been disappointed and you won't be either.
