I can't leave 0 starts, because 1 star is even more than they deserve. My nightmare started when I brought my vehicle here for a turbo replacement, which they assured me was no problem. I made a deposit so they could order the part which was almost $1200. He said a few days to a week. A week goes by. I get no update. I have to call. They don't answer. I finally get a text 8 days later telling me the part arrived the prior Friday and they would start working on it. Another week goes by. Nothing. I call again. No response. I get a text saying they part came but it was missing a hose or something..so they had to order that. Another week. No update. Do you see a theme here? I at one point, physically went to the shop, which was empty, except for the owner. No mechanic on duty. The owner shows me my car, lifts it up on the car lift..showing me the half installed turbo, and telling me how his mechanic doesn't have the right tool to finish the install because he can't reach a bolt. He also said his mechanic had to go out of town for mother's day, and had not returned. Later on, he said the mechanic was having a family emergency.. fast forward, I ended up having to have my vehicle towed a month later to another shop to complete the install. The other shop stated they broke one of the parts, and had to order another. They also said they took apart parts of my vehicle that did not need to be taken apart. My vehicle now squeaks and rattles. It did not do that before this happened. And now my engine light is back on...so my nightmare continues. Please don't bring your vehicle here. I wouldn't trust them to change a tail light. .

Us at 3kings truly apologized for your bad experience. And we stand by all our customers. From my understanding at the location you went to, the service. Technician been out on emergency family leave for 3 weeks now. Dealing with in family emergency with his mom. I do apologize that we couldn't do a better job we communicating with you. On behalf of 3kings. I truly apologize for the misunderstanding in a miscommunication..
