Absolutely horrible experience. Minor accident damage on left rear of a 2019 CX 5. Scheduled in February. Dropped off on June 27th. Returned to us on July 19th but they "lost" some tow hook covers and had to wait for those. They came out and put those on on Aug 1st but one of the covers had paint runs visible. Waited another few days before that was completed. Lots of excuses but we will never go back.
