4 stars for the work they did. 2-3 stars for communication. I had front end damage. The repair work was expertly done. There is felt hanging in my wheel well now, and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to attach it. I had poor communication through Progressive and Don Johnson, sadly. Multiple times I asked for information and follow-up but had to call to continue to get information. It would have been nice if they stuck to what the said by calling and providing better customer support.
