I initially had some communication issues but he does respond to email! Don't call in for info use email. Had to wait just over a month to get my truck back..still waiting but sounds like he's catching all the details we discussed in the beginning.. I'll be ecstatic if everything ends good.. sounds like it's on the right path! Thank Goodness 😊
