Just took 40 minutes to make a payment for a repair. Rep claim computer was down. Claimed her printer didn’t work work. Also claimed her co workers printers didn’t work. Was well aware I had to be at work. Still printed the wrong estimate. Rep did not do job efficiently or effectively.

Thanks for the feedback Shaina and sorry for the frustration. Unfortunately, computers (like cars) don't always work the way we want them to and require some patience.
