This place has the worst communication and response skills I have ever seen. Never got a call back from leaving a message. I would honestly say for every 10 calls I made to the body shop, I would talk to somebody 1 time if I was lucky. Nobody would ever pick up. I could tell the receptionist was getting sick of me too. We picked up our vehicle 4 times when it was “complete”, just to find flaws everywhere in the paint. After 4 months they finally finished our vehicle the way it should have been done the first time. Will never return and will steer everyone I know away from here.
