Do NOT bring your vehicle here! Very poor customer service and even worse overall communication! From the time I dropped the vehicle off the experience was so bizarre. I was told at the front desk that "we only deal with insurance companies not customers". What? My Hyundai had been stolen and then recovered so there was some damage. I wasn't sure if the damage was cosmetic or more internal. The worker went around my car and circled any marks on the car. I said numerous times which small marks were already there and not from the theft. I was more concerned about the engine and transmission not small marks. I'm not confident on the work that was done at all. There was a lot of insurance issues to where I had to get on the phone with my agent and do a 3 way call. I emailed John B several times with no reply. Bergstrom Hyundai said they would be happy to get the car after the body shop fixed it(to do the security recall). John B tried to tell me I would have to pay for the free Hyundai security software recall update.Hid attitude was awful. Tying to get an itemized bill from the front desk was impossible. So when I was asked about my experience per a survey I wasn't really expecting much. And that's exactly what happened. Basically the Body Shop manager threatened me by telling me that his last job was a police officer and that I was committing insurance fraud. All I wanted was an itemized bill before I paid. The front desk ladies demanded I give them the insurance check plus my $1000 deductible but they would not give me a BILL. The insurance check was made out to me not Bergstrom. I have bought 2 cars from Bergstrom Hyundai. This is the last one. I will take my repairs and maintenance to Green Bay Hyundai. Run! There is something very wrong here!
