What amazing customer service! Erika went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule. I needed an oil change and they were nice enough to fit me in the following day during their lunch break. Mechanics took photo proof of everything that needed to be serviced and these pictures are then sent to me to view. I have never experienced better service an auto shop.

I’ve been a customer with Al Huss for two years or so and have been a happy customer every time. It’s very convenient that they provide detailed descriptions and sometimes photos so that customers can visually see what is wrong with their cars. I just got my CV Axels replaced and they got it done in two days. They even let me know the timeline of when it would be done, they were very communicative. Highly recommend to others!

Diagnostics have been more thorough than other places I have gone too. Technology has made viewing, understanding, and selecting repairs convenient. Along with the no pressure selecting what you want done eliminates the hassle feeling.

My AC had never been serviced in the nearly 9 years I’ve owned my car... didn’t even know that was a thing. It seemed like it was blowing cool air but there were certainly days where I wished it would cool down quicker. The vents measured 50 degrees at 60 degrees ambient temperature before service. After service, 42 degrees at 75 degrees ambient temperature. A welcomed and noticeable difference for sure!!

Wow! 10/10 recommend! Malik was incredibly insightful, patient, and even talked to my dad on the phone about follow up questions! They provided me with the quotes I needed and requested and were never pushy when offering services that my car needs which I greatly appreciated. They also were able to still fit me in for an appointment even though I overslept which was incredible! They have a cool auto club promotion to help save money on oil changes, tire rotations, free wiper blades, and MORE! I hear all the cool kids are in this club! I signed up and look forward to working with them in the future! Definitely check them out! You won’t be disappointed!
