I purchased my car in 2017 brand new. I was very specific in what I was looking for and Butch made it happen. I have had my car serviced there since then and the service team has always been fantastic with everything they’ve done including getting me a loaner car if needed. Highly recommend Burtness Chevrolet .
I showed up a week early for my oil change/tire rotation because you know Mom life can be stressful and busy. Instead of sending me away, they found a way to squeeze me in without making me feel bad. Our experience with Burtness is always top notch, and that’s why we continue to be return customers.
I purchased my Nissan from Burtness 4 years ago. My brakes were in poor condition and needed replacing. I was offered a loaner car wilt mine was being worked on so I didn't lose time at work. The work was done completely and efficiently and the price was as expected.
Promise work on my granddaughters jeep an called her today an said they can't an can't do anything for a few more weeks !!! No right 😕☹️
