Purchased a 2008 ford focus today from them and it was a very comfortable experience. No pressure, let me look at multiple vehicles and test drive them. Jeff was very helpful and polite. Decided on the car and the actual purchasing went quick and painless and they even filled the gas tank for me. I am my own mechanic and know what to expect with a high mileage car but was impressed with seeing clean oil in all 3 cars I checked. Had a nice hour long drive home and the car is as advertised. They genuinely seem to care about the customer and are not just flipping cars. I do honestly feel that if something unforeseen did happen in the first week or so that even though they legally are free from responsibility they would fix the problem because that is who they are and want to be known as.
