They'll promise they won't charge diagnostics fees, especially if they do a repair. That's a flat lie. They're charging for a diagnostics fee ( less than 48 hours from a repair they've done). I've gotten an estimate from a competitor for the exact same service that is lower by, you guessed it, the diagnostics fee and $50 bucks for good measure

Michael, I'm not typing this to give excuses. I am just going to give a full account. You DID bring your vehicle in with several codes, We did NOT charge you for a diagnosis, and you brought in your own battery for us to install... We install the battery and repair other suspension issues you approv ed. No diagnosis charged. You take your vehicle and have an issue unrelated to the suspension work we finished. The failure codes after were unrelated. Now those codes come on and service needs to happen to fix those errors. I am sure some service facilities WILL replace solenoids without diagnosing and HOPE they are fixing the issue. We don't do business that way. We diagnose, repair and stand behind our work. Some places might charge less and many places will charge more. We stand behind our high GM Service standards with ASE Certified technicians. Tony Tretter General Manager

Called a few times and never got an answer or a call back!!!
