We wish we didn’t hire Adam, as our truck was returned in worse condition. 0/5

Aug 24, 2023Once again we have all the messages which can be posted on here later for everyone to see. That you brought us a vehicle with parts broken you weren't even aware of which we sent pics and got permission before fixing. You needed a steering box replaced as well as other parts which were all text to you and given permission to replace. You say you didn't tell us to plug a line then we send you screen shots of our message and one by one you stop having excuses. You brought in a farm truck with brake issues, steering issues, electrical issues and we fixed what would have cost you substantially more any where else and we even didn't charge you for a couple hundred worth of labor just to help you out. You wait 2 months than message me telling me how everything is wrong and your going to sue and you want all these parts for free now. Well I'm sorry but to all my customers who know me you know my work and I think you for your business.
Adam was super helpful over the phone with my diagnosis. I didn't end up needing a roadside repair, but when a mechanic is this helpful I would highly recommend them!
Customer service is beyond impressive! Got my vehicle in the same day, went above and beyond, was accommodating, was kind, and the price was more than fair. Reached out the next day to ensure my vehicle was running as it should, and even gave free advice to help me with another vehicle. This will be my first place to call for every vehicle need I have, from now on!

On my way back from camping in MN and my exhaust pipe goes kaput! It’s a Saturday and none of the muffler shops are open. I call AM and get right thru. No problem, Adam says. And 2 hours later I’m set to go back home. Wow! The kindness, professionalism, and just downright human decency is what we need more of in this world. Highly recommended!!!!
