Had a great experience. Had my car towed there and they were able to assess the situation in a timely manner, and let me know exactly what I needed to do to have my vehicle back on the road. The labor costs were fair and the customer service was great. I would definitely recommend them.

Bunch of liars and SCAMMERS don't take your car here they will steal your insurance money and ignore your calls!

Brought my car here from a friend referral decided that’s the shop wasn’t right for my repairs, at that time the owner had cashed the check my insurance sent & no parts were ordered (2 weeks from the time the check was cashed) The shop is unsafe for customers and employees as the roof is falling through into the shop onto customers cars. I asked an employee about the repairs and he said that the check the insurance sent them to get repairs done was spent & the shop ceiling wouldn’t be getting fixed. Also there was rumors that the old owner Greg Rae has not been paid for the property by the new owner Steve gray. They don’t have experienced auto body workers in the shop and the only person performing repairs is the old owner who’s not on payroll and is not being compensated for his work. I believe this to be taking advantage of the elderly. I asked to be refunded the check and now 2 weeks since asking for the refund the check has still not been sent. I filed a report with the police department for fraud and have contacted the better business bureau. It’s been over a month since this shop was sent my check and he’s now fraudulently holding onto money my insurance sent for repairs and my car is unable to get fixed in the meantime. Highly unprofessional and would recommend you take your car elsewhere.

I was referred to Grays Auto body by a trusty friend and I am so happy for the referral, the people there were very professional, they kept me updated during the entire process and were very informative on the process. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service! The owner made me feel like family,and that’s rare coming from a auto body shop. I highly recommend them and would always return for services!

Don't bring your car here unless you like being lied to & without a car for weeks. I came in for simple work and was told it would take a few days but ended up being without a car for over a month and had to pay over $600 than my original quote. Never kept me updated on my car. And ever time I called it was some excuse on why it taking so long. regret ever taking my car here please do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache don't do business here. Seen reviews similar to mine where they take longer that what say and it seems like that's the game they like to play which is take longer and say some excuse problem happen just so they can charge you more by the end. Don't do business here!
