They took the body trim off and never put it back on they said it looks better with it off. Put new back doors on and they were dented and wrinkled. Over spray from rock guard on bottom of doors. New door seals that leak. Body lines didn't line up. When I contacted them they never returned my call. Nobody available to talk on Friday. Had to take my truck to another body shop and get the repairs done correctly.

When you brought up your initial concerns, we brought the truck back in and addressed them, even going further by addressing a prior workmanship issue under warranty we discovered that was unknown to you, but we immediately took care of it because that's who we are. We said we'd put the door moldings back on, but you said don't worry about it multiple times and that you liked how it looked without. Unfortunately, some of the additional items you described here we cannot help you with if you don't actually reach out to us. We hope the other shop was able to satisfy your expectations.
