So friendly and helpful. We were passing through Janesville with a 6 week old baby in the car when the rear window got stuck down. Eric the shop manager was willing to take a look right away and fixed it on the spot. We are so grateful! Wish we lived closer and would come here for all our car service needs!

I scheduled an oil change and to change my front headlight. They quoted me the cost over the phone. I arrived and they had everything ready for me, they did the oil change and then called me back to the desk, they told me when they went to change the light it must have been a loose connection because it popped back on. They saved me some money and could have easily done it without telling me the truth. I will definitely be back!

Spent over 3k here on the same issue- they have repaired things not needing replacement three separate times and now they want me to go back and pay more money for an alignment when my alignment was just done by them 7 months ago and was FINE when my vehicle entered their shop. Let’s not forget the last time I called them to figure something out so they can fix the issue the wouldn’t fix, they hung up the phone on me and haven’t called me back since. Don’t waste your time or your money.

I went there to get a wheel alignment that I was told by a local dealership that I need. F&F told me it wasn't needed and didn't charge me for anything. I really appreciate the honesty. That's kinda rare nowadays unfortunately, and I greatly appreciated it.
