3 times they could not fix my transmission now they want to charge me because the warranty from the original date of service is out of their warranty it was never fixed correctly in the first place! I am going somewhere else to get the job done correctly the 1st time

Have had them build multiple type of trans in multiple types of trucks! Let me tell ya wow! I beat my trucks more then you think you could possibly beat a truck. Trans from other shops don’t last more then 20k miles for a “built” trans. This place is the only place i’ve found that has been able to get a trans to hold up to the abuse I give these trucks. Their builder nate is the best in the business even picked my truck up from my house!

Answered the phone right away. The Secretary was very friendly and was able to get me in right away. They diagnosed the problem quickly and the truck is now running perfect.

Add $1000 to their quote and expect phone calls about them wanting to work on other parts of your vehicle. Replaced and charged for parts without confirming okay to do so. Ordered the wrong parts to start then charged for them. My vehicle no longer shifts into park, missing parts in vehicle where they weren't working. When putting interior back together didn't take the time to align the plastics back up or secure them in place. Didn't clear the check engine light after transmission work complete. Replaced universal joint because they had taken the original out to work on transmission. Replaced rear main seal because they replaced the u-joint. Plus side A/C is ice cold, transmission work was completed ahead of schedule (probably why I have issues) Would not recommend using them if your on a budget or don't have a team of mechanics to check their work when they are done.
