Took our car here after a car deer accident which required extensive body and electrical work on our Hyundai Kona. Great communication and customer service. We dropped the car off for an estimate and had it back fully repaired in under 2 1/2 weeks, and for $1300 less than the estimated cost. Definitely will use them in the future.

I just got my vehicle back today after getting into a fender bender and smashing my tail light. I needed panels, tail light, and bumper fixed and painted. Broadway over performed! The car looks great and although parts came in late, the vehicle was done quicker than expected. I have never had body work done before and I could not be happier! Thank you so much for fixing my horrible screw up.

This company cannot be trusted to get things done on time. I was treated well but the company was dishonest about the timeline about completing the work on my vehicle. Would not recommend to anyone as you will not be treated as a valued customer!

I brought my car for body panel repairs and I did not have an update for a week for work that was estimated at 9 hours and it turns out they were planning on putting USED panels on my car that turned out to be too rusty. They had never had mentioned this to me which was unacceptable when my understanding was they were ordering new parts. No communication, no responsibility, no quality. I walked in as customer and was pushed aside so that they do what is in the best interest and to save the insurance company instead of what the customer needed. I would go somewhere else.

Kept my vehicle 2 weeks longer than they originally quoted, they were horrible at keeping in touch or keeping me updated. Was constantly told someone would contact me and I always had to call first myself. On top of all this, when i finally had my vehicle returned they gave it to me with panels popped out, parts hanging off the bottom of the car... I asked if they could keep it and fix the things I found, they said yes and that they'd call me later that day when I could get it. They infact did not call me and infact did not even touch the vehicle. If I'm giving them anything, the vehicle drives now.
