Very courteous friendly and thorough service. Moved to town a year ago and found my go to place.

Took my 2011 Toyota Camry in when my tire pressure sensor light came on. I also asked them to look for other items that needed to be taken care of. Within 2 hours, I received a call back with a number of items and a quote for each item individually that needed to be addressed. I decided to go ahead with all of the maintenance. I thought that it would take a couple of days to get the parts in and on the car. I was absolutely surprised to find out that my car was done at the end of the day because of a cancellation. I couldn’t be more happy with the job they completed. Sippl’s was also nice enough to share with me two other items to keep my eye on. The trust that Sippl’s instills is refreshing. It’s nice to know that I have a partner that cares about my car as much as I do!

My drivers side window came off the track and was wedged in place. I called Sippls in the morning, they got me in within and hour and were finished in an hour. The lady at the front desk even knew me by name who I had not yet met in person. Very nice, professional staff and I was very impressed with the time it took to fix the issue. I will certainly work with Sippls in the future for other auto needs.

Quoted me $800 to do 3 calipers. I got it done elsewhere for $200. Quoted me $2,000 for axle bearings… got it done elsewhere for $500. This is after I’ve spent thousands of dollars and was loyal to them for over a year… Had a steering column put in for $500 and they didn’t even complete the job.(they also said the part didn’t exist… I located the part myself and delivered it myself to shop within an hour of them telling me the part didn’t exist.) They failed to wire my horn and overdrive on shifter. I was then stranded as my vehicle broke down just 2 days after I get it back from them. I have it towed to another shop who had to put in a new shifter cable and neutral safety switch. Which Sippl didn’t even mention. So I was about to break the steering column they just put in!!! Unbelievable. They did my front bearings which weren’t even packed right and had barely any grease at all. Other shops are doing re-work for their overpriced incomplete work. So many other shops around with fair pricing and quality work. Avoid at all costs.

Some reviewers simply don't place their own safety and the reliability of their transportation when it matters above money. Cheap is not better, Frankly 800 dollars for three calipers in the rust belt is an AWESOME deal. Yes you can put amazon parts on your car and hope the person installing them did it right but these guys stand behind their workmanship and their parts with warranties in both. Let me know when Amazon sends somebody out to fix your car after the wheel bearing fails and takes your wheel off into the ditch. Peace of mind is worth more than that.

Very kind staff, was able to make a diagnosis of my car in a very reasonable amount of time, payment was also reasonable! They were very patient with me and kept my car in the lot while I was looking for ways to tow my car! Very appreciative of their service!
