I had a rather frustrating experience at Hudson Ford! When I was in for a scheduled oil-change on Friday I explained that my rear right blinker was not working. She explained that it was still under warranty (just barely) and that she had ordered it and it would be in on Monday. She asked if 4pm or 4:30 would work for me to come back in to get it changed. I said I could make the 4:30 appointment work. When I arrived on Monday at 4:30 I also mentioned to her that there were 2 oil spots on my garage floor where I parked my Bronco on Friday evening after my oil change. She said that they would take a look at that as well. At 5:07 she walks over to me in the waiting room and hands me my keys and said "I'm sorry but your part didn't come in so you'll have to call back tomorrow and schedule another time!" I'm still confused why I wasn't called earlier in the day and told that the part had not arrived OR at least tell me that at 4:30 when I arrived so I didn't have to waste 37 minutes in the waiting room with my 2 children!?!? And shouldn't they have checked the oil leak? I drove 40 miles for nothing & added extra miles to my vehicle that the warranty is about to expire on. Not good customer service!
