We're very sorry you feel that way Jonathan. We try very hard to make sure everyone feels valued and that they matter. When you were asked for paperwork for your emissions test you should have given us the respect of providing it instead of storming out and swearing at us. We're not sure why you were so angry, we were just doing what the state requires us to do, ask for paperwork.
