Replaced my starter for hundreds less than other shops on the east side. Did great work too!

Eric and crew have gone above and beyond for me on multiple visits.
I have been going to Stillwater Auto Clinic for over 15 years and have sent many friends to them but today I was so disappointed in them- my low air for my tire came on and I called to see if I could stop and have them check the air - I was told I had to have an appointment ( this would probably take 10 min at the most) and when I asked if I could come around 2:00 he said they would be too busy to check for me- I guess as a loyal customer I was hoping for some customer care and to be helped- needless to say the customer service was so different when Steve owned the clinic - I will NOT be returning to Stillwater Auto and will never recommend them again - you have lost a good customer for such an easy fix and would have been so appreciated - Kathleen Charlsen
I have been taking my car into SAC for a few years. The fact that they have free loaners has been a lifesaver for a single dad that works 8-5! Saved me from having to take days off work. If other businesses were smart they’d do the same. Eric is always up front and friendly. Service has always been great and pricing competitive, especially with 2 overpriced dealerships right next door. Fury was going to charge me almost $900 more for the same repair!!!
