Heppner’s did a professional thorough repair for us. They even buffed up a couple scratches above our bumper repair without us needing to ask. Helpful and friendly staff.

Really bad at communicating. I understand that things get delayed, but I have to call them to find out the reason for delay etc and they don't keep me inform of the status. I don't recommend this shop and I know I won't be using them in the future. Update on August 8th, 2023 Thanks for the reply. Very interesting. It took google review’s response to get the answer of the cause of delay. I was not aware of the reordering of the parts and other detail you described. Yes initially you called 2 weeks ago(my VM was full) and I did return the phone call and you informed me that car will be ready on that week. Then I had to keep calling you about the status of the repair. I will update this review after I get my repaired car tomorrow.

Aug 23, 2023Hi Takayuki, your insurance company only approved a used door for this repair and unfortunately we had issues with the first door delivered and had to reorder another one that was usable resulting in a delay. We also have been diligent in calling you with updates but we aren't able to leave voicemails when you don't answer because your voicemail is full. We apologize for the issues, it is definitely not how we want any customer experience to be but we appreciate you bringing things to our attention. We will continue to work and improve our processes so we can eliminate problems in the future.

Jun 23, 2023Hi Dillon, unfortunately we don't do rust repairs, there is no 'quick fix' for rust, if you want it to be gone and never come back that is when we have to start replacing panels which can get pretty expensive. We apologize for not getting an estimate for that kind of work to you in a timely manner and if you experienced any of our staff being unprofessional or rude. That definitely isn't the appropriate way to treat customers and we will make sure to address that internally. We appreciate your review and we always welcome feedback, good or bad, customer service is an ongoing process and we can always learn and improve.
