I wish I can give the lady at the front desk that works there 5 stars. The labor rate is over priced. I 100% know that everything is expensive now a days but they overpriced. I talked with the owner once he seems lost and rude. Before even going people say he says one thing and other I had to see it with my own eyes.
Remirez the owner is great to work with and really makes sure accurate, profesional work is done. The diagnostics they do is extensive on your vehicle for a small fee which takes them most of the day. If you do any of the work they find needing to be done with your vehicle, you get that fee back as a credit towards the work. I think their prices are resonable and appreciate that they have a loaner vehicle to borrow if needed. Definitely recommend them!
charged me $150 for a diagnostics test and was not clear about what was the problem- i paid $150 to understand the issue with my car and left without knowing what was wrong. they suck

Set up a tow. Was told to go get cash, go put my key under the matt and they will tow it. After i had everything set, they called to tell me they decided to take a different tow in Milwaukee. Left me sitting. Also they charge $125 just to plug your car in to read it. But its a free service at auto zone!

Apr 24, 2024Im sorry but we have our own towing company and its not out of Milwaukee. And when it comes to scanning we have a completely different machine its a professional scanner.
Great customer service and great people. I would highly recommend you to bring your car here to get it fix because they did a nice job on fixing my car.
