I arrived at the dealership for the “Chevrolet 1st Maintenance” a few minutes early. Google tells me that this appointment may take “upwards of an hour”. After one and three quarters of an hour later, I noticed my vehicle parked outside. No one had told me it was finished. I found “my” service writer chatting with the person seated next to him. When I asked about my vehicle he told me that he needed to do the paperwork. I waited several more minutes until he had me sign the paperwork. I have not been told why the wait was so long although one person said he was going to find out. I consider my time as a precious, finite asset, maybe this dealership-s service department does not. There must be some service departments that care about their customers more than this one seems to.
