We used CARSTAR after we were involved in a hit and run. Mariusz explained everything to me as he was writing up the estimates. He did a great job communicating with my husband and I regarding the updates for my car. He ensured that the car would be fixed before our upcoming vacation. We were so pleased with everything! They left our car super clean as well, much better than when we dropped it off! I would highly recommend them!

If you're in an accident and insurance is involved, I would highly recommend this place. My front end got absolutely trashed by a deer. Carstar was VERY communicative with me and my insurance company. Even during a time when shops are backlogged, I got my car back way earlier than I thought I would. Their work was very thorough, in my case a ton of stuff INSIDE my front end had to be fixed. Quality comes at a price - for self-pay collisions, this will not be the cheapest place to go. But I was very pleased with the result and would use them again if a similar situation arises.

I had a bumper replaced and a few other small fixes. It did take a few weeks before they could schedule the work to be done but once they had the car they they were quick and did a beautiful job. The car was returned to me looking great. I was pleasantly surprised to find the car washed and the inside all cleaned up too. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend them!
