My husband has been unsuccessful in getting his vehicle repaired correctly and completely, as detailed in the written estimate he was given last fall. It is now February and if it hadn't been for intervention from our insurance carrier, USAA, there would be no action toward resolving our incomplete repair. The current manager at this Franklin location, Dave, has been extremely unprofessional and failed mightily in attempting to reach an amicable resolution. Under no circumstance should a manager engage in a shouting match with a customer and neglect opportunities to deescalate a negative situation. We've had a great experience here previously, while this location was under different management, but unfortunately we will be taking our business elsewhere.
