I had my truck Alignment done at Northshore auto. It was the worst experience ever for one. The guy was worried about his own truck, and made me wait outside for two hours for two. He couldn’t even torque down my chamber bolts on my upper control arm, which were loose. He pinched my driver, side, inner and outer tie rods, I called and tried to get a new alignment and the guy told me I had to pay another $125 for another alignment instead of asking me to come in there and show him what happened I won’t bring another vehicle there I won’t use their service again. I hope this helps somebody.

Traveling in the area from out of town visiting a friend’s cabin. Was experiencing some loud screeching noises from my back right wheel. Called like 5 other local places to have them inspect my brakes and none of them were available to quickly look at it. Called North Shore, told them my situation and they said stop by and they would look at it. Christian Graves took a look at the wheel with me, pulled the tire off, inspected everything, blew the space between the dust shield and rotor out and put everything back together. They gave me quick confidence that some things I tried earlier that day to solved the problem worked; I believe that I had a rock or some sort of debris in between the dust shield and rotor that was causing the screeching. Anyway, they were super responsive and thorough inspecting it for me and got me back on the road with confidence that nothing major was going on. I would definitely recommend giving them a call if you need a mechanic to take a look at an issue with your vehicle. Thanks Christian, appreciate you and your time to inspect things for me.

HUGE shoutout to North Shore Auto Repair for helping me out in a pickle. Our vehicle was vandalized and had two holes drilled into the gas tank essentially leaving me stranded several hundred miles from home on a Friday afternoon. I called them and explained the situation. One of their associates was able to come to my location and assist me in putting in a temp patch so I could at least get the vehicle home. Reasonable rates considering the situation. Very appreciative of them for helping me out in a time of need.

I had an emergency situation where I blew the rear main seal out of my truck. I long and tedious task to replace it to say the least. I needed the truck back in time to return home and the met the expectation with impeccable work at a very fair price. I’ll use them again for sure. Highly recommend.
