I paid $1300 to get a leak fixed and a month later it was leaking again. After picking it up from the shop, immediately I had my AWD service light come on, then when I bring it in to fix, they charge me another $86 to run diagnostic.
They work on all our cars.
brought my truck in for a quote. was told it was undriveable, paid for repairs (which are great) but when I picked it up it no longer started. I asked if there is any way a tech may have unplugged something to protect it from theft. Tom reassured me they do nothing like this, and that my fuel pump driver module had "taken a dump on me" which they would have charged 750 for plus a one time charge for computer programing. I had the vehicle towed to don Johnson's and paid 360 plus for a diagnostics. was told that the fuel pump driver module was unplugged, they plugged it in replaced a fuse it started and still runs now. waiting for a resolution to having spent almost 400 on something that the tech obviously forgot or otherwise.
Great Service !! I had a problem a few weeks ago with my truck. I reached out to Darrell's asking if I could get my vehicle in for immediate service as I was from out of town and needed my vehicle to get back home in a couple day's time. They got my vehicle diagnosed and repaired the very next day. I admit I read a few reviews online before calling them. All good reviews. One person noted "great service, but the music from the shop was a little loud". I'll tell you what, I'd take little bit of rock n' roll in exchange for honest, professional, and quick service any day of the week. Rock on Darrell's, rock on !!
He got my sons truck done in a timely manner and for a reasonable price.. My son is very happy with him and he just gained another customer!
Of course, a holiday and my family was visiting from southern Wisconsin. Anyways calls were made and after 2 separate tows, Tom thought he could give us a hand. Kind, polite, and personable. He evaluated the car and had us on the road in no time. Went above and beyond in my book. Gave customer service a positive boost. Thank you again. I'd refer in a heart beat.
