I had a door handle and assembly replaced on my Infinity FX45. Tracy who I personally consider the heartbeat of the place was great to deal with. She’s professional and explained things in detail which meant a lot to me. I was also having a problem with the driver’s side window. The young man that worked on the handle assembly also decided on his own to fix the window at no charge. You rarely see that type of service anymore. I have taken 2 aluminum super duty trucks to Olson for body repair. They do great quality work and are always professional and much faster than other shops in the area. Tracy is great to work with and makes the whole process super simple and smooth when working through an insurance company.
