Don't try to work anything out with these guys ahead of time. They'll just sell the vehicle out from under you anyway

Thank you for the review however i'm sorry you feel that way we don't "save" vehicles without a deposit the van you were interested in has been for sale for awhile and we have been duped in the past when someone said they wanted to buy a car and never showed as soon as this one was Sold we called right away so you did not waste time driving here again i'm sorry

Appreciate they squeezed us in (out of state visitors) to fix plugs and wires (after several attempts at other dealers/mechanics who wouldn't give us consideration "maybe 6 weeks'), and now can drive home safely.

I took my car in for diagnostic of potential misfire. They changed the ignition coil and spark plugs. Which I told them I already did. I paid a hefty fee for diagnostic and labor. Not even 24 hrs after pick up the check engine light comes back on. And I was told to just take it to the dealer. I brought it here because all the good reviews and the quick ability to see it but clear not a good choice my car now is sitting at a dealer while they try to do the work this shop did not want to attempt to do.
