Very disappointed!!! Took my 2012 Ford Fusion here for repair after running over a downed deer on the highway going 75mph. My car launched into the air and crashed back down onto the road at highway speeds. I filed an insurance claim. Caliber Collision hurried up and fixed the front end body damage but never looked at the front axle, suspension, shocks, or struts. Instead, they gave the vehicle back even though it sounded and handled awful. The front left side would slam to the ground even going over minor bumps in the road, among other things. I brought the vehicle back to Caliber Collision and they passed it along to their vendor, who claimed there were some worn bushings consistent with wear and tear on a vehicle as old as mine. Never did they once suspect or diagnose any acute damage as a result of RUNNING OVER A DEER AT 75mph on the highway!!! Caliber Collision neglected to assess the full scope of damage to my vehicle. When they passed my vehicle off to their vendor and their vendor said the damage was wear and tear, Caliber Collision failed to come bay an eye. Instead, Caliber Collision looked ME IN THE EYES and acted like I was crazy for suspecting there was more damage to my car than they reported. Caliber Collision receives an F- for customer satisfaction, and an F- for customer service. I don’t trust them.
