I'm so mixed with this place. I'm not local but had a semi tire replaced when in the area. I know it's new owners and going through changes but can't give it 5 stars. The service guy was awesome and deserves 5 stars. He was friendly and made you feel better about a bad situation and a bad day. The counter guy seamed short and like I was bothering him to spend money. I get that it's not a schedule repair but having the service guy do a car first when no one was waiting seamed off. The $25 fuel surcharge to change a tire in their parking lot was probably the kicker for me. I'm sure some of it is growing pains and new people in new rolls. Way better experience then I had a few years ago in wausau from a different well known service truck getting a tire replaced.

I had to be gone that day and another associate had to leave for a family emergency and left us with one working the counter, still no excuse and things should have been explained better. I did review that day and we did have scheduled appointments that we were trying to get completed and fitting yours in. We are working on getting the shop set up for inhouse repairs and only have the service Truck available in this location as of now. The Flat Rate Fuel Service Charge is charged to all to help the expense of a service truck and when it leaves the yard there are other charges such as mileage.
