Always honest fair and trustworthy whivh is so hstd to find.No one we'd have work on our vehicles other then these 2 wonderful men.weve been going to th forc30 plus years NEVER failed us.They really don't know how value and they are respected by the people of the area A HALES CORNERS LIFELONG STAPLE
These guys always do right by me. I've been there at least a dozen times now and they are pretty much my go to guys for both my wife's and my car.
This is the third appointment that they canceled on me. I try to support the "local guy", but these unprofessional goofs just can't get it together. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
Bad vibes. Poor communication. Fri 06/16/23 I called these guys to get a quote for a master cylinder replacement. They told me $200. a very fair price as I would come to realize as I called around. So I called these guys back multiple times to see when I might be able to bring the car in. never got an answer. So I decided to bring the car in. As I walk into the shop two older white mechanics (35+) are in front. No one initially says anything. I say "how you guys doing today"? One of the guys replies "how can we help you". I say "I'd like to get my master cylinder replaced". He says "cant do that till next week, late next week". I say " Ohh okay that's okay then". I then walk out. As I'm walking to my car one of the mechanics laughs obnoxiously loud, and just is shaking his head as he walks to the back. I wasn't mad that I couldn't get my car fixed. I understand i didn't ask the shops availably when I talked to them, but they stopped answering the phone. They also were very rude in person. Being a 27 year old black man that just moved to Hales Corners I could sure tell they didn't want my business.
Always friendly and affordable
Steve and Joe are a couple of the best auto mechanics with a strong customer service ethics. They have serviced vehicles for me for the last 43 years. I have never been disappoint with their work and have always been changed a fair price.
Old fashioned honest service at reasonable prices.
