I had a recent experience in the body shop with my new VW Atlas and the rep, Tyler, should be recognized by the organization! Don't let this employee slip out of your hands. He greeted me by name and was 100% organized and on top of things. I was NOT annoyed by no one knowing what was going on! He had this finesse about him and his attention to all the details was impeccable. I am highly impressed. While in body shop, I then purchased a new Atlas. This dealership is worth a drive. I honestly am still sort of surprised at how uncomplicated my experience was and that it was actually impressive. Way to go Bergstrom leadership for hiring the right employees and training them well! I will definitely recommend and refer to Bergstrom VW!
