The people working are very nice and accommodating, very helpful and informative. They did a lot of work on my car and were very up front about the whole process. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.
I would like to give a shout out to all the members of tender car. Who from start to finish took on my car and fixed what was bad and did exactly what they said they would do. Mike from the highway 100 store was very kind, honest, and informative and very helpful The entire time my car was there. For once a company did exactly what they said. I was also very pleasantly surprised at how clean the interior of my car was upon return. Everyone we made contact with at tender car was very kind and courteous. This includes the owner John and the painter Branden. This is a company that I would recommend To take care of your collision needs. Thank you tender car for making this experience pleasant and easy. I will be using your company again if need be. And I will recommend you to everyone I know. Again thank you very much

Communication with this location is awful. The do not return calls or emails and when you ask for things to be emailed they do not send it to you. They have had our car for almost 7 weeks now and it took them almost 2 weeks just to get the supplement completed and then another 2 weeks after that for them to finally get it sent over to insurance. They said it was sent day of but insurance never received it so we asked for it to be resent. Daily calls from both myself and the insurance company went unanswered and only got us excuse after excuse why it couldn't be sent out again when we were able to finally get someone on the phone. I had asked for the supplement to be emailed to me directly and was told they would 'within an hour' but never did amd when i called back to ask about it I was told the person who was supposed to send it was unavailable and left yet another unreturned message for them . The supplement was completed 7/7 - 2 weeks after we dropped our car off (6/22) - but was not (finally) sent over and received by our insurance company until 7/19 after insurance emailed and said "send it here since whenever you're sending it isn't working". Once the supplement was finally received it was reviewed, negotiated approved and paid out within 4 hours. After 2 days shy of 7 weeks from drop off, we finally have our car back. I will NEVER bring another car here, even if they do help you save money off your deductible. We ended up spending way more money in rental costs than what we saved on the deductible.
It's been a long process to get my car repaired, but the damage was extensive and required body and mechanical work and there was a part shortage. Tender Car was patient with me and respectful even though being without my car for 3 months was frustrating, they kept trying to get my part and worked with my insurance to even get approved for parts right from the manufacturer. Ryan and Mike are top notch.
