I had a emergency with some electrical problems with my work vehicle, they were great and was able to squeeze me in. Extremely helpful. First time sing them but will be my 1st choice in the future.
Not an honest shop. They’ll charge you for things without telling you like $95 for towing. I felt disrespected as a female and felt I was being taken advantage of because I’m a girl who doesn’t know cars. Came in spending way more than I planned on and got gaslit the whole time.
Quick response. Professional. A very good experience when my vehicle was disabled. I would definitely recommend.

Grossly overcharged for a tow. Found it weird that they charged my card at the time I made the appointment. Wouldn't use again but at least they showed up early and got the job done. Also get points for actually answering the phone when we called, unlike most other tow companies.
I have been fighting with alternator issues with my vehicle for a long time. ARS figured out the issue and made the necessary repairs. Thank you for taking the time to investigate the issue. Thank you for resolving the issue. My car is up and running now with no issues.
