Made a 2:30 appointment got there 10 minutes early dropped off my truck. Waited for a phone call realized it had been almost 2 hours. Called them asked what was happening they had not even looked at it yet. So why did I make an appointment?

May 23, 2023We're very sorry. This was our problem. Please forgive us. We'll do much better in future. We've had some changes lately.
Over priced parts, diagnostic and labor charges. Advice go to auto zone for a free diagnostic and bring read out. Otherwise your going to pay $120 insane. The repair time was 3hrs, 2hrs for lower control arm and 1hr for ONE ignition coil…honestly you can change all 6 in an hour. I got charged $600 in labor which is $200/hr twice as much as the average. I would advise going to Phase 3 auto down the road. Or if you have an import Greenville Auto. Both places let you bring your own parts. That’s where I’m going to finish my repair’s. The mechanics here are good it’s just the rates that are out of this world.

May 23, 2023Autozone sells parts. They are not auto technicians. They retrieve codes but not diagnose the code. We sell parts at suggested re-tail, not at cost. Just as any business. There was more work done at your request than just the control arm and coil. Also owning a high end vehicle has a high chance of parts being a-little bit more expensive than other vehicles.
I’ve used Quality Auto Repair multiple times since moving to Green Bay almost a year ago. I get all my oil changes done there, they’ve replaced my tires and rim after one literally fell off on the highway and just recently over the weekend my car died at work and we had to have it towed there on Sunday and by Monday at 4:30 it was ready to be picked up with a new fuel pump. Very nice and helpful staff and gets the job done as quickly as possible so I can have my car back for the work week.

The best hands down. I have been using Quality Auto exclusively for the last three years since I discovered them. Luis is excellent and always calls to let me know about any updates to pricing or additional work that may be required. They have always done a great job for me and I have recommended them to friends multiple times.

Had a great experience with their service. They did the job professionally. Only Ed did not mention regarding the rear brake shoe, if he did, it should've been included in list of work of Luis. But overall, great experience and I'll bring my car for next maintenance.
