May 24, 2023Paul, I am sorry you were not happy with your most recent visit. I understand you were here waiting for some time however, considering you were not scheduled, we worked you in. I encourage you to call around to get quotes on a bulb replacement for your 2009 Equinox and I am sure you will find that what you paid is definitely a fair price considering book time for that job is one hour shop labor and you were charged only the 30 minutes it took my tech to replace it. We even took the initiative to call other local shops to verify our prices were comparable.
Great prices and service, do all my maintenance there.

Excellent, excellent service! Had a tire issue on vacation and they fit us in, got us back on the road quickly and at a great price too. Will (the technician) and all the staff were friendly, competent, efficient and trip savers! HIGHLY recommend!

I've been going to Pfeiffer's Auto Repair for decades. They work on all my vehicles & no one else. I trust Bill & his team totally with my cars. Bill has always been fair on all his prices & sticks behind all their work. I have a 57 Chevy that Bill did the work on...Engine & etc...Very Pleased with everything. Quality work at a fair price. Usually do most of my own repairs but when I'm short on time or in over my head this is where i go. Last time more was wrong than i brought it in for "coolant flush"they found what was wrong check if i wanted it fixed before they went ahead and fixed it then took me through everything they found and fixed. Customer for life.
