Aug 24, 2023I am doing my very best as an honest, reliable, and professional mechanic to aid as many people in need as quickly as possible but I am extremely out numbered. I always call anyone back that I miss asap, when I'm out on a job I leave my phone in the truck so the repairs get done correctly and without interruption seeing I charge by the hour (the way you would want it when I'm working on your vehicle). The very longest it would ever take me to call anyone back is a day possibly two if I'm extremely busy. On that note I do believe I talked to your neighbor about your vehicle when he called and inquired about my service and he said you would call. There is absolutely no way I would leave anyone hanging (especially anyone who left a message) for a week let alone several. Would you PLEASE revise your review? I work VERY hard to get honest 5 star reviews, I feel as if your not being fair giving me my only 1 star review...... Perhaps there was confusion there I'm not sure but I would never intentionally ignore someone in need. I go out in the extreme heat and cold, in the dark, in the rain, on the side of the freeway, ect. to help people because I care ALOT about my costumers, their vehicles, and most importantly their safety. Quick, efficient and convenient. He’s affordable , and upfront about his prices. He didn’t drag it out or run up the clock just came and got it done ! Definitely knows what he’s doing and would definitely recommend him! Preciate cha boss

Dan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and did very well at helping me understand the steps he was going to take to solve my problem. He was willing to come as late as he did, and got everything done in a timely, professional manner. If I run into any vehicle issues down the road, I will call Dan again!

We were from out of town and had tire troubles and Dan immediately helped us and also helped us put a spare on in the morning. Superior service, very kind and knowledge. If I’m ever back in the area I will go back to DB auto repair.

He came out after being very busy the day before from storms, got my car fixed in no time on the spot. We were here on vacation when the car had troubles, any other repair shop would have caused us to have to extend our stay as they would not have been able to get the car fixed over the weekend. If you need any repairs, he is the guy!! Very appreciated

Very good mechanic who actually cares about what he is doing. Won't overcharge, and won't do unnecessary repairs. Let's you bring in your own parts, so there is no markup, which can be quite substantial. Honest mechanic who responds within 24 hours, if not sooner. Will definitely use again when my car needs a good mechanic, though that won't be very often since I drive a Toyota Corolla! :-)

I’ll start out by saying I’m not much for leaving reviews. My family and I visited the Dells for an impromptu trip. Pulling into the lot the radiator gave way. Within an hour he came to the hotel with my new radiator and fixed it on the spot. This is the type of person you say “thank god” about.
