So far it has been an exceptional experience. Living in Wisconsin I was bound to hit a deer at some point and I was directed to crash champions by my insurance company. They didn't make me wait, were very friendly and I was out quickly. After my claim is approved they order the parts and then when the parts come in I take my car over and they keep it just a day or two. Unlike the other places I was directed to where they wanted to keep my car for a month! Don't fall for that!

Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time!!! Absolutely no respect for customers, and no regard for your business or future business. Extreamly disrespectful. I have given this business my time twice. And both times, it was the same result. But never again. Ryan, the "manager," is a poor representation of the workforce in the community, and it is quite clear that your business is not needed. Ryan makes this decision off of not even taking the time to talk to you, nor wanting your vehicle on site. They and I quote, "Don't allow cars to be parked in their parking lot." You're a collision garage!?!? With 12 other cars parked with no rhyme or reason to the way they are parked! So please.... Look elsewhere.... They clearly have plenty of work and do not need your business.
